Now that you have set up your loyalty program and created either a simple voucher campaign, or an Auto Voucher, or both, you need to know how to connect with customers in your store.

If they don’t have meed

During the open beta program, customers must download Meed from the App Store for iOS or the Play Store for Android. When we launch the commercial product in the Spring, this will change to a web-based application.

You can download your poster with a QR code from the Manage Your Loyalty Program page to get the app QR code. Customers only need to do this once. Customers of other stores that use Meed for their loyalty won’t need to do this. Congratulations on introducing them to Meed, the wallet for all their loyalty programs.

This is the app's QR code to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can add this to a poster you make yourself, along with your program QR code, which you can get from the business portal.

When they have meed

Ask them to scan the QR code generated when you created your loyalty program. A membership card will immediately appear on their phone, like magic! Now they are a member. If you have created an Auto Voucher, they will immediately receive this, and you can reward them for their first purchase as a member. Read more about how to use the app in shopper mode here.

How You Use the App as a Business Owner.

Good news! You use the same app as a customer and as a business owner. After installing and loading the app, you will see the orange login screen. In the bottom right corner of the app, click the pro button. The app will turn blue. Now it’s ready for you!

  1. Sign in with the email address you used to create your loyalty program. You will then receive a one-time password via email.

  1. Once signed in, you will see all your current campaigns live. In this case, we have a discount on pastries for January and the Auto Voucher.
